1. Order discrepancy: 

If upon receipt you notice that the goods do not correspond to your order, the courier or manager at the pick-up point will, at your request, take the goods and refund the money. At pick-up points of partner postal services or for orders from the EU, a refund is only possible for the entire parcel, not individual goods.

2. Problem after receipt: 

If you discover a problem later, please send us a brief description of the situation and attach a photo or video of the product to [email protected] from the address you used to order.

Terms and Conditions return:

• If the product packaging is not opened and the integrity is not broken, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• In case of defective goods, let us know and the manager will offer possible solutions. We can arrange a courier visit for exchange or explain how to send the goods back.

What is required for a return: 

Keep the packaging with the barcode and all components of the product. You will also need a document confirming the purchase from us. Refunds are made within 14 days (maximum 30 days) after receiving the returned product. If the payment was not made by card, we will need the card number, TIN and full name of the owner for the return.

Important :

• Do not return items purchased from another store.

• Products that you have used, as well as goods without valid reasons for return, are not subject to exchange or return.
